The residential real estate statistics from the Honolulu Board of Realtors for March 2018 shows an increase in median price. Single-Family Homes median price is $760,000 and Condo/Townhomes is $435,000. The median days on market for SFH is down to 14 days and slightly up for Condos at 16 days. The months of remaining inventory is down to 2.1 months for SFH and 2.6 months for Condos. The statistics continue to show a high demand for housing.<br />

December 2016's Median Sales Price for a Single-Family Home is up to $730,000, a 4.3% increase over 2015. The Median Days on Market is down to 18, a 10% decrease.<br />

The Median Sales Price for a Condo/Townhouse is up to $390,000, a 1% increase. The Median Days on Market is down to 18, a 25% decrease.<br />

The Honolulu Board of Realtors released the residential resale statistics for November 2016.<br />
Median sales price for Single Family Homes is up 4.8% to $750,000 and Condos is up 13.7% to $395,000. There is 2.7 months of remaining inventory for both categories. The median days on market for SFH was 17 days down 19% and for Condos 15 days down 31.8%.<br />
