The Honolulu Board of Realtors released the residential resale statistics for April 2018. Single-Family Homes and Condo sales show increases in median prices and closed sales.
The median price for single-family homes is up 10.9% to $790,000 and condos is up 0.1% to $416,000. The number of transactions closed in April was 289 and 547, respectively.
